It was planned with a design that includes two types: one with an openable side glass and one with a fixed side glass. Rekor's traditional cast iron pattern was used on its body and covers. Its oven is positioned above the combustion chamber. Only its oven is made of steel and coated with enamel. Its cast iron body, top plate, glass frames, glass covers, and legs were produced in Rekor's foundry, which utilizes modern technology, and painted with fire-resistant paint. High heat-resistant Schott Robax brand ceramic glass, manufactured in Germany, was preferred for the combustion chamber's lid and side glasses. Specially cut and polished tempered glass was used for the oven frame. The glass panels of the oven and combustion chamber were reinforced with special seals for leak-proof performance.
