High heat-resistant Schott Robax brand ceramic glass, produced in Germany, was preferred for the lid and side windows of the combustion chamber. Specially cut and polished tempered glass was used in the oven frame. The glass panels of the oven and combustion chamber were reinforced with a special gasket for sealing.
